  This doctor and his practice are completely unprofessional! I had gone to this doctor for checkups and prescription re-fills. The last time I needed a re-fill my pharmacist contacted Dr. Brezny's office for the re-fill, but did not get an answer back. I then contacted Dr. Brezny's office myself and listened to a voicemail that stated that they are in the process of moving offices, but will be checking messages and their fax machine for re-fill requests. I left messages for a week requesting that they re-fill my prescription and to contact me, as well as my pharmacist sending faxes for my re-fill. I believe that they never checked their messages or fax machine since neither me nor my pharmacist ever heard anything back! I had to go a week without my prescriptions due to Dr. Brezny’s unprofessionalism, and also take off work to get it my prescription from a new doctor. My new doctor’s office also informed me that this was not the first time that Dr. Brezny had done this to his patients. My new doctor now has a lot of Dr. Brezny’s old patients because he has not been returning calls for months now. I honestly don’t understand how a doctor can just stop acknowledging their patients. Completely ridiculous!
