  I didn't have an overall great experience at this office. One of the first times I went in they lost my file and my physical papers for work. But the most disappointing thing was when I was actually sick and needed to get in that day they couldn't see me. They said they were all booked up and could only get me in the next day in the afternoon. This is totally unacceptable! That's why I have a family doctor. I ended up going to Urgent Care and finding a new doctor. One that will keep openings during the day for sick patients!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Arcy for many years. He is amiable, helpful, encouraging, and ever since he moved to Powell, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. Those complaining that a prescription is an emergency, no, I'm sorry, it isn't. The number of refills is clearly printed on your prescription bottle. If your pharmacist can't refill without a doctor's approval, they can't. It's a legal thing, and the doctor must see you again before it gets refilled. They MUST by law. If you wait until the last minute to call it in, I'm sorry, you are obviously not familiar with the state of medicine these days. I make my appointments six months ahead of time. That is the state of affairs in medicine today. That is not the doctor's fault.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Arcy's for years now. Dr. Arcy always provides outstanding service and has helped me solve several problems in my life that I would not have been able to do without him. My entire family sees and trust Dr. Arcy. I would highly recommend him and his practicing team anyone looking for an oustandting doctor.
