  I have NEVER had such an awful experience with a Medical Professional. The staff at this facility is wonderful, but Dr. Smeltzer was rude from the consultation, up through the SECOND follow up. I had my wisdom teeth removed on September 25th. Prior to my surgery,I met with Dr. Seltzer who was exactly 45 minutes late for the appointment, short, rigid, and uninformative. On October 8th, nearly two weeks later, I began to have discomfort in my lower sockets, and visited the Sunbury location, where Dr. Masonbrink filled the lower two sockets with a medicated gauze. Dr. Masonbrink was professional, courteous, and efficient. I scheduled a follow up for October 12th to have the gauze removed, but i had removed it on my own on October 11th, due to severe pain, swelling, and an awful taste in my mouth. Dr. Smetzer spent no more than ten seconds "examining" my mouth, and told me there was no infection, and that these issue can begin long after surgery. I again expressed my concern about the swelling, and tenderness in my ear and throat, to which he replied "What, do you want a prescription for an antibiotic?" I will NEVER visit this "Doctor" again. He is a cocky individual, who is unwilling to listen to his patients and diagnose the issue at hand. Disgusted!!!!!
