- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, do not accidentally forget an insurance card, even though my wife was also a patient they cannot accommodate having the card sent over after an appointment, only medical provider I have ever visited that put paperwork over the health of a patient.
